主要从事大豆和林木相关的生物信息学分析与遗传育种工作;主讲植物生物信息学、植物生物信息学实验和乡村振兴等课程。Scientific Data,BMC Plant Biology,BMC Genomics,Frontiers in Plant Science,Plant Direct,AoB Plants和Journal of Forestry Research等期刊审稿人。目前主持黑龙江省重点研发子课题2项。在Nature子刊ISME Communications、Horticulture Research等期刊以第一作者或通讯作者(含共同)身份发表论文17篇,其中SCI论文13篇。获得国家发明专利1项(排名第1)。获得植物新品种权1项(排名第1)。参与制定地方行业标准2项。作为主要完成人之一,获得2项黑龙江省农作物品种审定。
